01
The problem
Learning picking procedures on a working warehouse floor takes time away from operations and leaves little room to practice and learn from mistakes. Training needs to prepare people to fulfill orders and handle common situations before working on the warehouse floor.
02
The solution
At WASD Studio, we developed a browser-based 3D picking simulator for Coca-Cola FEMSA. Its scenarios reproduce ERP orders so people can practice real warehouse tasks without virtual reality headsets.
03
My contribution
As founder and CEO of WASD Studio, I led the project from understanding the client’s needs through solution design and implementation. Development and delivery were a team effort.
04
The outcome
WASD’s published case study reports 44% fewer picking errors and one third less training time. These are reported outcomes for that program and its implementation context.

The simulator focuses on the decisions and tasks people need to practice during picking. The visual environment supports that learning.
